Continue where you left off on the JDBC tutorial.

1. Do exercies "MetaData". Note that if you are using Access or mySQL that you might have some difficulties with this.
2. For the grand finale of the semester, implement the "Command Line Guestbook".
3. If you get this to work and still have time left, do the "Applet Guestbook"
   

I would like for you to include in this final exercise an assessment of what you personally learned from this course: was it a waste of time, too much work for what you learned, a great insight into the power of Java, whatever? Do you have the feeling that you now understand more about programming than you did at the beginning of the semester? Any other comments that you have on this course and the format of the course (Web-based instruction) are welcome! Have a great summer!

The URL to your report, which will describe what you did during the exercise and include links to your code, is due in my email box on time. This means Tuesday at 8.00 for Group 1 and Thursday at 12.00 for Group 2. Do not forget to put your names on the report! When you send the URL to me, include your partner in the CC. That way I don't get either 2 emails or none, while each thought the other was doing it. And when I answer you, I can immediately answer both of you without having to look up your preferred email account.
