I am professor for Media and Computing at the HTW and currently Associate Dean of the faculty of Business Sciences II. I will be dean from the Fall of 2010. We have started a new program für women, "Informatik und Wirtschaft" that I am currently leading.

I teach various media and software-oriented subjects. I was involved in the BMBF flagship project "Virtuelle Fachhochschule" developing eLearning materials and I do Internet- and eLearning-related projects, as well as working on detecting plagiarism, check out my portal, my plagiarism blog, and my e-learning unit "Fremde Federn Finden".

I am also active in the Wikipedia project and am speaker of the GI group "Computing and Ethics". My book, Transparenz durch Kontrolle, was published in July 2008. Our book, Gewissensbisse, has just been published. Our blog is Gewissensbits.
